Planning to get a pair of Lucchese boots for my birthday, my wife Debbie heard a Michael Barry ad for Republic Boots and checked your site out. We immediately changed our plans. Jake sent her an email, and he was extremely helpful finding us a size 9 stock boot that I liked. I've started working up the shine that I prefer with Venesian and will add Kiwi when they are more broken in.
The Bowie’s are a perfect, regular day boot. They fit well and they are comfortable. I love the square toe that doesn’t make you look like a walking duck. It’s a handsome boot! I went back and ordered a custom pair of boots later!

Got a pair of the Bowie boots for a early Christmas gift. They are awesome. After a day of break in, they feel comfortable and received a compliment one of the first times I wore them out. I like the new boots so much I sent the pair the new boots were meant to replace to Republic to be resoled. I got the resoled boots back today and an extremely pleased with them as well.
